Can I remove a duplicate account?

Hi,

I signed up for a team account, then realised that I actually needed a family account (since I want to share between devices). Can I get rid of the team account?

    @kiwimusume sure can!

    If you have all the information out of your Team account, you can go ahead and delete it by going to Account menu > Admin Console > Settings > Delete Account. Or you could simply allow the subscription to lapse, at which point the account will be "frozen" and you won't be charged. Whichever works for you :)
