Trouble syncing over wifi
Hi, I am very rarely able to sync between my mac and my android phone, it always says Sync error, I don't want to restart my devices every time or have to re-setup the app. I attached a screenshot of the error message:

Can you let us know if you have any firewalls or antivirus software installed on either your Mac or Android? Also, I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports from your Android device and your Mac:
