Add local vault with teams enabled.

I'm finding the interface of 1Password for Teams increadibly confusing. How on earth do I add a local vault when I only have accounts enabled. Please for all things holly don't tell me that I need to "Start Over" again. I want to like teams, but I'm finding some odd, well, eccentricities with the interface.

    @brenty Thanks. The UI to get to that feature is WAY WAY WAY too buried. Please consider de-obfuscating that a bit.

    @peet1 It's buried on purpose, actually. Local vaults don't have any of the benefits 1Password Teams offers, so using one can be confusing to people who don't know what they are. If you create a local vault, it doesn't sync with your other devices, isn't available in your account, doesn't have item history, can't be shared with other members of your team, and uses a different security model than your account. Those are all a matter of preference, but if you're using an account primarily, putting this option upfront just causes confusion. ;)
