Why is it saying to enter a valid account key? I just had 1 password email my info.
I'm trying to set my laptop up with 1 password using my account that I already have. I had 1 password email my info and I carefully entered everything, but it's telling me to enter a valid account key. In the box where they say to enter my info it has an A3 already there, but my key doesn't have an A3 in it.

Hi @michaelsinger! Sorry for the confusion. I just looked for accounts under your email address and didn't find any, but I did find a license. With a license, you don't have an account:

You can set up 1Password on a new computer using your existing data and license. I've just resent your license so you have a copy of it. :) Let us know how things go!
