iOS vaults visible but gray
I have a Families account. Currently syncing an iMac and two iOS machines. The iMac is fine; I can see and use the vaults both in the app and in the browser. On both iOS devices, the account is entered and the vaults are visible, but gray. Help!

Hello @Ginger, I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your 1Password Account on your iOS devices! If you launch 1Password for iOS and tap the Categories tab at the bottom of the screen (on your iPhone, it’s on the side when using 1Password on an iPad), then tap the small circular icon you’ll see in the top left corner (underneath your carrier settings), are you able to then select your Personal vault contacted to your Families account, and if so, does this then reveal your logins to you?
