Impossible to remove a frozen account

in iOS

Hi,

my family account trial ends, and I want to remove it from my ios app accounts list.
I go to Accounts>The frozen account>Remove account.
After that, the app freezes and I cannot do anything but close the application.

Can you help me?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with 1Password! Do you have any local data besides the one you have in accounts on your iOS? If you don't or if you have everything on some other device like a laptop then the easiest might be to delete 1Password and then download it again. Note that this will delete any local data that you have stored on your device so proceed with caution :chuffed: If you do have local data only on your iOS please let us know so we can find an alternate way to sort this out!
