I need help with my account?
I had a previous trial version of Password1 I had a few years ago. I believe I uninstalled it and I subscribed for online service and payment. When I log onto my online account it says that I have 153 days of free trial left. However my desktop app says my trial expired. also there are no items in my online volt. whats going on with all this

@miler: It sounds like you signed up for a 1Password Account during our launch promotion for the individual plan, so you have a free trial for that. And while your trial for the 1Password app has long since expired, that doesn't matter! Since the apps are included in a 1Password.com subscription, all you need to do is login to your 1Password Account in the app and it will reflect the current trial. Then you can migrate your data from the old vault to your account. I hope this helps! :)
