I cannot log in to 1 password. It says searching for a new update and then it says "not responding"

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble logging into 1Password.com. Could you please tell us the exact URL you are using? (If you're part of a team or family don't disclose the details here please) I'd also recommend you to restart your computer and see if that makes any difference. If you're still having trouble please let us know and we'll sort this out together :chuffed:
