Good question! :)
You'll want to install and use 1Password 6 for Windows to move your data from 1Password 4 to your 1Password.com account. This guide has instructions for doing that:
Move your existing 1Password data to a 1Password account
At the moment attachments are not copied so you'll want to keep your original 1Password 4 vault if it contains any attachments.

Sorry I wasn't clearer that your data would be in your 1Password.com account, available from your browser and 1Password apps (including 1Password 6 for Windows) when signed in, after following the steps to import data into your account.
