You don't give enough information for any real help to be given yet.
What OS, what version of 1PW, were you sing the one-time licence or the subscription version? Do you use more than one device?
Do you know how the passwords got deleted?
There should be backups of your data. But how to get to them will depend on the answers to the questions I have asked.
