How can I add a scan like driver licence scan to a item
I would like to add a scan to an item. I have scanned my driver licence and have the pdf on my
windows computer. How can I add the file to an item?

If you are using 1Password 6 for Windows, you should add your driver license as a document, because there are no attachments in 1Password.com service, see Mike's reply here.
If it is 1Password 4, see this guide on how to work with attachments in your local vault.
