Cannot edit notes because scroll bar is too short

When editing a login I cannot scroll down to the notes section to make changes because the scroll bar does not run the entire length of the menu. If I press and slide the screen up I can see the "notes" section and edit notes option but it bounces back down (and out of view) the moment I lift my finger. Seems like a programming oversight rather than a bug.

iPhone 6S / iOS 10.1.1 / 1Password (Latest ver as of 11/28/16)

    Thanks for taking the time to report this difficulty. I did find an issue in our issue tracker that sounds very similar to this. Unfortunately it doesn't seem there is a solution at this time. I've added this report to that issue. If our developers need further information to track this down they may reach out to you.

    Sorry I don't have an immediate solution but hopefully this is something we can get fixed up in a future update to 1Password!
