problem with database
Having problems logging in and using app.
Followed these instructions - 1st file listed in instructions was found and deleted. 2nd file was not found.
Troubleshooting report follows after that.
1Password
- Quit 1Password and Safari.
- Select Go > Go to Folder… from the menu bar in Finder.
- Copy and paste the following path into the input box and then press Return: ~/Library/Safari/Extensions/
- Move any and all 1Password.safariextz files you see there to the Trash.
- Select Go > Go to Folder… from the menu bar in Finder again.
- Copy and paste this other path into the input box and press Return: ~/Library/Safari/Databases/
- Move safari-extension_com.agilebits.onepassword-safari-2bua8c4s2c_0 that you see there to the Trash.
You will need to reinstall the 1Password extension in Safari after performing those steps, but everything should start working well once you do.

@unsui: It isn't clear from your comments what problem you're having and which instructions you're referring to to try to resolve it, but I can tell you that you'll certainly have issues related to the fact that you're trying to use a very old version of 1Password and its extension which aren't compatible with the current macOS and Safari versions.
1Password 3 overall has some issues on El Capitan and Sierra since it was designed back in 2009. 1Password 3 has not been under active development for years and won't be receiving updates. You can read more details in the announcement at the top of this forum category:
1Password 3: Modern browsers and OS X
1Password 6, one the other hand, fully supports OS X Yosemite, El Capitan, and macOS Sierra. You'll have a better experience there, so you may want to consider upgrading. I hope this helps! :)
