how to setup primary vault on 2nd user on mac

I had to create a 2nd user on mac. I would like 1password also on this user. The 1password mini is showing on at the toolbar but when click on it and error comes up. How do I get this to work on my 2nd user?

p.s.: for additional info - sync type I just chose iCloud in order to send this post in.
