My Mac version 6.5.3 created Dropbox vault in /Apps/1Password/1Password.opnvault but my IOS devices on look for a vault in the Dropbox root folder. How can I correct this to get Dropbox sync working across all devices?

Thanks!

  • Hi @richs,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. If you're using the latest version of 1Password for iOS it does not need the keychain sync file to be in the root of the Dropbox folder.

Could you please let me know which version you are using? You can check within 1Password under Settings toward the bottom of the screen.

    Thanks!

Ah, that would have been helpful... it's version 6.5.1 on both my iPad and iPhone. Thanks!

  • Thanks. That is the latest version. I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:

Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    In your email please include:

    • a link to this thread: https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/73734/
    • your forum handle: richs

so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
