How do I access the stuff I've saved in iOS and mac on windows computer?

I signed up for a family account and have started saving passwords on my iPhone and macbook pro. But I've tried to set it up on my windows computer and I can't find any of the information I've saved on the mac stuff, either in the chrome extension or by downloading the program on my windows computer

    Hi @peteryock! I'm happy to hear you chose a Family account. I'll be happy to help you get the most out of it. :)
    In order to get access to the data stored in your account, please make sure

    • that you installed 1Password 6 for Windows from our download area. 1Password 4 does not support subscription accounts
    • that you signed in to your account in the Settings.
