thumbnail image issues

When creating a new login, once populated all the fields I require, I then normally assign an image to the thumbnail field. It used to be possible to put a larger image and pan around the image to choose the required part. Now when you do this, it just drags out of view the image... not normal. It's been since a few versions that this bug has presented itself, thought it would have been fixed by now... but no.

    @mgiordani ,

    I don't think this was a change by us, the image picker/cropping interface is an OS level function that we call to present that interface. Did you install an OS update recently?
