Same Password on Multiple Domains Not Working

I created a single login that I want to use on two different domains. For example:

Name: Example Password
Username: myUsername
Password: myPassword
URL: https://www.domain-a.com
https://www.domain-b.com

However, only the first listed site will show the password in the context menu when I right click. For the example above, going to www.domain-a.com and using 1Password helper works correctly. However, visiting www.domain-b.com and using 1Password does not show the "Example Password" entry. If I switch the order of the domains so www.domain-b.com is first, then the opposite occurs and using 1Password on www.domain-a.com no longer works.

Is this intended?

    Never mind. Somehow the "Enable multiple URLs" feature under Preferences > Login was turned off :(
