Share Vault with Existing 1Password Subscriber

A business colleague is an existing 1Password user. The standard plan. I also have the standard plan.

As existing subscribers, how do we setup a vault to share and not have to use Family or Teams?

    Hi @elkiehound,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    It is not currently possible to share a vault between separate memberships. One of you would need an account on the other's membership.
    If you just need to share the one vault with each other, and it is just the two of you, 1Password Teams would be the least expensive and most effective solution. One of you would upgrade your individual membership to a 1Password Teams membership, and then invite the other as a guest, giving access only to that one vault.

    Choose "Invite People…" from the account menu (on the 1Password.com web interface), then choosing "Upgrade to a Team." Once you've upgraded you can invite guests:
