FireFox extension can't save Passwords - Win7
The FireFox extension can't save passwords. It can fill PWs but can't save. The Dialog window Pops up but no Vaults are are offered (see images). We've tried disabling AVG (AVG Internet Security 17.5.3022 ) to no avail. NO Error messages (????) Just can't save.
I can't replicate the issue on another Win7 / Firefox / AGV machine. Any Idea what the problem is?
Client is frustrated and using this as a reason/excuse to not use a password manager.

Hey, @EuroTrash! That is something I'd expect if your client's account is frozen or if they opened a standalone vault in 1Password 6 without transferring the data into an account vault. Do you see a notification in the main 1Password 6 app that the account is frozen? If not, could you ask your client to check if s/he can edit items in the main 1Password app and if s/he ever had a standalone vault before creating a 1Password account? This will let me know if I'm on the right track. :+1:
