Identities should be able to help with this. They can fill email addresses as well as other information typically required on a registration or check out form.

Have you tried using the text substitution feature (that comes with macOS) to 'fill' your email address with less typing? See macOS Sierra: Replace text and punctuation in documents for information about it.
