Server at address unreachable

Im trying to get my wife's account up and running on her Mac but everytime i try to login i get the error message "Server at address unreachable". It has been typed in correctly as used the QR code method to input all the credendials.

Plz help...

1Password Version: 6.8.2 (682003)
Extension Version: 4.6.11.91
OS Version: OSX 10.11.6
Sync Type: 1password

    Problem solved. Little Snitch was configured to block all outgoing connections for 1Password. Reset and all working now...
