I keep subscriptions on a special card with just enough to cover them all, my monthly payment failed. I wanted to stay on monthly, but it switched to a one time yearly. Now I can't switch it back over, as it wants the fully yearly payment, had I known this would happen, I would have not gone the subscription route.
I've used the product for years, but I don't appreciate when companies move plans like this, now I'm stuck. It will not give me the option to go back. Does anyone know how to do this?
