1Password is not replicating password changes

I have a recurring problem with 1Password. I have tried to find a solution online but I have so far been unsuccessful.

When a single provider offers multiple services, these services all appear in my vault as different, unrelated passwords.
Eg: Amazon.co.uk and Audible.com both share my Amazon password. If I change my Amazon password, this breaks the password for Audible.
Is there a way to link passwords together so that a change to one will update all of them?

Thanks for your advice.

Hi, @Envista. The simplest way to handle this is to add the different URLs that work for the same set of credentials to the Login. So, in your case, add https://www.audible.com to your Amazon Login as an additional website and that should get things going for you.
