Purchase Failed

I just downloaded 1Password for my Mac through the Mac App Store - clicked the Read Only button to make a purchase, confirmed the purchase, saw the charge on my credit card but 1Password still reads as "Read Only" as if I haven't paid for it - when I go to "Purchase Again" I get an error message that says "Purchase Failed - 1Password wasn't able to complete your purchase. Please check your settings and make sure you're connected to the internet and try again."

Fully up to date Mac/1Password, want to Sync with Dropbox, don't want to pay monthly, want to just buy the full software outright, please help thanks~

    @2dmoofer: Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry for the trouble. Ultimately we don't have control over or insight into the App Store, but there are a few things you can check to get this sorted out:

    1. If you open your App Store purchase history, do you see 1Password listed there? It sounds like it should be the most recent: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201272#apps
    2. If you restart your Mac, does that allow the App Store to validate the purchase?
    3. Failing that, and provided you are seeing 1Password in your purchase history, you can drag the app to the Trash (DO NOT use a "cleaner" app), restart your Mac, and install it again from your purchase history.

    However, if you are not seeing 1Password in your purchase history but you have been charged for it by Apple, you'll need to contact them to get that sorted out: https://support.apple.com/contact
