Error trying to install Chrome extension

in 1Password 4 for Windows

After re-installing Windows 10 Pro 64 1password extension seems not to be working. I tried to solve using the tradicional Windows way of resolving problems: de-install and re-install.
When I tried to re-install chrome extension I got the following error message:

Tried again and again and still got the same error....

1Password Version: 4.6.2.626
Extension Version: could not download
OS Version: Win 10 Pro 1709/16299.248
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Sorry for the troubles!

    Please try to download 1Password extension for Chrome directly from Chrome Web Store. Are you able to do that? Please let me know.

    Same problem here. I emailed you an hour ago about it. No reply.
    I tried to download the extension for Chrome directly from Chrome
    Web Store, and it only gives me the option to download Chrome,
    not the 1password Chrome extension. Help!

    Here is a direct link to 1Password extension in Chrome Web Store. Could you please let me know what happens when you open it in your Chrome and click Add to Chrome there?
