@cspalding3 - That page gives you the minimum requirements for each version. So, if you want to run 1Password 4 for Mac, you need at least OS X 10.8 ("Mountain Lion"), but it isn't until 1Password 6 for Mac that you need to update to at least OS X 10.10 ("Yosemite"). In other words, you can run 1Password 5 for Mac in the same OS range as 1Password 4 for Mac (10.8 or later).

It would be helpful if the page stated "1Password 4 & 5 require OS X Mountain Lion 10.8 or later."

That information is not correct. Version 5 requires OSX 10.10 and will not load on v10.8.5.

Hmm. Okay. I don’t have an older Mac anymore, but I’ll ask our docs team to investigate. Caveat emptor we always recommend running only the latest version of macOS, 1Password, and your web browser(s).
