Questions About Personal and Teams Plan

1.) I am a one person MSP and wondering should I signup for the Personal plan to use in my business or should I still sign up for the "teams" plan?

2.) If I need to sign up for the "personal" plan, when I add a person later to my team, can I just upgrade and pay the difference? If I'm still in the middle of that year that I've already paid upfront.
