Unable to Login to my.1password.com
I keep receiving the error that my secret key is incorrect. However, I am copying the key directly from the PDF from years ago.
I have also tried typing it in.
I am able to log into 1password on my Mac, iPad, iPhone just not on the web.
My account is sync'd in iCloud. Does this make a difference?
Trying to see how I can sync accounts. I do have the "legacy" purchase of 1Password so I understand the limitations

does the key from your PDF from years ago start with 1PW3? if so that's not a secret key but rather a license number for 1Password 3.
In that situation you don't have access to a web account as it predated the 1Password.com subscription accounts by many years.

That does appear to be the beginnings of a 1Password.com key. I'm going to move your request over to the Memberships category to get someone to assist you in sorting this out.

Hi @hagosrush,
What I would recommend is opening 1Password for iOS and then selecting Settings > 1Password Accounts > [Your Account] and then copying the details from there to the web sign in form.
