Desperate Import/Export question

Hi,

I’ve reached the 5th stage of dying on WLAN sync for 1Password 7 and lost all hope of seeing it (or any other offline method) ever again. I was this close to leave 1password forever.

Now I have a desperate question. Is it possible for me to:

  • export all my passwords from 1password 7
  • import them to 1password 4.
  • Sync 1password 4 with my iPhone (WLAN)
  • Export the synced passwords from 1password 4
  • Import the synced passwords in 1password 7

Asking for a few thousand other friends

    I have seen that you participated in our discussions about WLAN Server sync in 1Password 7, so I am not going to repeat ourselves here. However, I am not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to follow these export/import steps every time you want to sync your iPhone and Windows PC? Please confirm.

    If my understanding is incorrect, please share more information about this idea of yours. Thank you very much in advance!

    Hi @UanPassw0rd,

    This is not an officially supported nor recommended configuration by us but there's no need to export or import, you can reuse the same OPVault between 1Password 4 and 1Password 7. Yes, you can still use 1Password 4 to sync with WLAN. Just make sure both 1Password 4 and 1Password 7 sees the same vault.
