What exclusion should I provide for Dell Data Protection Encryption software

Hi Team. On my Windows 10 laptop 1Password for Windows installs and runs fine for the first day of installation. My laptop also utilizes encryption software to secure directories and files. I've included the path of %USERProfile%\Local\1Password in the program to exclude this path and all sub-directories from being encrypted or if necessary at least decrypt that directory path upon successful authentication on the device.

Even with that exclusion, 1Password will not run due to the the files being encrypted still. I've been getting by with 1PasswordX, but using the full client would be great. Any tips or recommendations?

1Password Version: 7.1.567
Extension Version: 1.8.1
OS Version: Windows 10 Build 1709
Sync Type: 1Password.com Family

    Hi @mtorio,

    Thanks for writing in.

Can you explain what you're seeing when you try to run 1Password? Is it crashing or anything like that?

You only need to exclude the %LOCALAPPDATA%\1Password directory, we don't run anywhere else.

If it is an issue with 1Password mini via web browsers, that could be the Native Messaging registry entries that Dell may be blocking.
