Android app fails to sync with mac desktop app

My 1password android apps fails to sync with the new passwords in my desktop app, although it says sync completed!
Any ideas?

    @skiabox: Did you perhaps convert to the newer OPVault format on your computer? If so, you'd need to setup your other apps to use that same vault. You didn't include any version information in your post, but if you'll let me know what you're using on all your devices I can offer some guidance as to how to proceed. :)
