My items not appearing in 1Password 7 after switching to account
I moved from a dropbox based 1password installation to an account based one. The 228 items I have are perfectly accesible from both my iPhone and my iPad app but not from my Mac OS account. I see the Mac application properly logged in the 1Password account, pointing to the Personal vault but the vault appears empty.

Welcome to the forum, @leto! I'm sorry for the trouble you're experiencing. Looking at the main window of 1Password for Mac, you'll see the Vault Menu in the top left of the main window. It'll probably be set to All Vaults. Please click that and switch to your Personal vault (in your 1password.com account), then make sure you're viewing All Items. Do you see any changes?
