When using question mark on my Mac the 1Password open block shows up on my desktop

With 1pass 7 closed, if I use the question mark on any application that n my iMac with Sierra, the 1Pass block asking for my password

Welcome to the forum, @ecornehl! I'm sorry for the trouble you're experiencing with 1Password just now. Can I ask: is this question mark in your Mac's Dock? Or do you see it somewhere else -- or were you referring to the question mark key on your keyboard? Can you clarify a bit about what's going on? Thanks.

Could you please check in 1Password > Preferences > General and see what each of the two keyboard shortcuts listed there are set to? If to change them to something that doesn’t use that key does this behavior stop?
