• What version of 1Password?
• Are you using 1Password standalone or do you have a subscription membership?

I am using 1Password on Opera browser, version 542 and i have a subscription membership although i am still in my 1-month trial period. Thank you.

Thank you for that information. Sorry I wasn’t more clear in what I was asking with questions 1 & 2... Are you using 1Password for Mac or 1Password for Windows? Which version of 1Password for Mac or 1Password for Windows are you using?
