TOTP codes in watch app not refreshing

All of the TOTP passwords on the Watch app are displaying the same password and not rotating.
I have removed the app form my watch and reinstalled the iOS and watch apps.
This is only occurring in the watch app. If I open the phone app I can get the TOTP codes without issue.

Have also reinstalled iOS on my phone in relation to another sync issue I was having with another app.
