Blurred text in Sidebar

A minor issue, existing with the text rendering in the sidebar, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Collapsing and then expanding the sidebar resolves the rendering issue.

Welcome to the forum, @ismunday! Thanks for noticing this and reporting it! Unfortunately, I'm unable to reproduce it here, and it's also the first we've heard of it. Which makes me wonder two things: first, whether you'd be willing to update your 1Password install to 7.2.2.BETA-5, currently the most recent beta build (you can grab a copy here), and try reproducing the issue with that build, and also whether you're using some kind of multi-monitor setup that includes both retina and non-retina? Or something else unusual in the monitor department?

If you're willing to give the beta a go, remember to Quit 1Password 7 Completely by typing ^⌥⌘Q (or just holding down the Control and Option keys as you choose Quit from the 1Password menu) before running the installer.
