Yes, I have a secret key but when i upgraded to 1password 7 it will not work. Please help

I own a secret key,
My name is Troy Meachum and I just upgrade to 1Password7 and it will not work no matter what I do.

I have tried everything and it say my secret key is no good. I have the actual receipt with that number on there! Please help!

    @troymeachum: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! You'd only have a license for 1Password for Mac version 7 if you'd purchased that specific version, which was released just within the last several months. I'm not seeing any under this email address. You'd either have to have purchased a license for this version, get it as part of a 1Password.com membership, or use a version you already paid for. Let me know if you have any questions.
