Auto-fill not working for American Express home page
1Password used to work just fine auto-filling Amex's username and password on the home page (americanexpress.com), but it has recently stopped working after Amex updated the page.
FWIW, when you log out of Amex, the logged-out page has username and password fields as well. 1Password auto-fill still works at that page.

@vicjang: At the very least, you should update 1Password. 6.7 was released in April of 2017. Updating macOS would be a good idea too, if you're able. Apart from that, it would be helpful to know the browser and extension versions you're using, and the specific URLs involved. 1Password 6 is no longer being developed, so there will not be further improvements there; but I suspect there might be a way for it to work for you since I haven't encountered issues there for years.
