Support ticket #XED-24832-456 unanswered for 10 days

I created that support ticket 10 days ago and requested a response 3 days ago and have yet to hear back. I also DM'd @1password on Twitter yesterday and have heard nothing.

Could someone please respond to this support ticket?

  • I think they must be having staff issues. They used to be really responsive but I too have raised a ticket via email and DM via Twitter but haven't had anything at all back from them ... yet.

  • Still nothing. I've replied in the email ticket that I'll be initiating a chargeback on my credit card if I don't hear back by Monday.

    This is quite ridiculous. I've been a customer since 2007 and can't imagine life without 1Password, but this is pretty disappointing. At least I've got my old perpetual license.

    Thank you for your patience, both. We have been received a lot of email recently thanks to new releases and our Thanksgiving promotion has created quite the buzz!
