Trouble uninstalling 7.2.3.Beta1

Running Mojave 10.14.1 and trying to uninstall 7.2.3.Beta1 following the directions at https://support.1password.com/uninstall-1password/

I first "Open 1Password and click the 1Password menu. Hold down the Control and Option keys on your keyboard. While holding the Control and Option keys, select “Quit 1Password Completely” (or “Quit 1Password and 1Password mini” for older versions)"

I then attempt to "In Finder, drag 1Password from the Applications folder to the Trash" BUT when I do I get the following: "The item "1Password 7" can't be moved to the Trash because some of its extensions are in use."

How do I uninstall 1Password?

You'll need to additionally Quit Safari.
