@willshek: You'd need to have signed up for a 1Password.com membership through Apple in the first place for that to work. Otherwise you'd just be paying for a subscription, with no account associated with it. If you signed up through the website, you'd need to manage your billing for the account there:
And then cancel with Apple so you're not paying for a non-existent account with them too:

I used to subscribe 1Password automatically through Apple's App Store every month, but it stopped this month.
Since I decided to use 1Password for a long time, so I subscribe 1Password an annual through Apple's App Store, but my account is still frozen, and there is no billing info on 1Password.com
