App Store Failed to update to 4.1

If this has been answered already I didn't find it.

I got an email news update from Dave Teare discussing several apps, and one of those is the 1Password 4.1 update. I checked my install and discovered that I am still running 4.0.3, so I checked the App Store to see which version is there. It says I have already received the 4.1 update on (13 December).

What may be happening here? Is there something to check, change, fugidabout?

    I would like to apologize for the delay in responding to you here but we have been a bit overwhelmed since the launch of 1Password 4 for Mac. We're all working hard and putting in extra hours to get back to our usual snappy responses and we really appreciate your patience.

    I'm wondering - do you have multiple AppleIDs, by chance? Please make sure that you are signed in to the Apple Store with the ID that the original purchase was made under - if you're like me and have somehow collected several, this could be where your trouble is coming in.
