It decided to stop sync with Dropbox

1Password for Mac Version 4.1 (4100009)
Maverick 10.9.1

I decided to delete the 1password file in Dropbox and disabled Dropbox. Then, I setup to re-sync Dropbox. It worked for the first time. When I make any changes on the password or notes. I noticed it stopped sync. I do not see any sync activity occurred on under the toolbar on the top of the screen with the dropbox's icon and the checkmark icon, it does show the blue sync icon except if I add new file in the dropbox. So, again, it doesn't do on any changes on 1Password.
