Swapping computers and 1PW4

We have a family 1PW4 license and are swapping out a defective computer for a new one. How do I remove 1PW4 license and app from the old computer? Will the number of computers associated with my family license be affected if I don't remove the license file? Thanks.

    Hi, @glingct.

    Each 1Password 4 license is located in this folder, under the user's home folder:

    ~/Library/Application Support/1Password 4/License

    Quit 1P4, remove that folder, and 1P4 will be unlicensed. But if you leave it there it won't count against the number of computers you're still actively using your family license with. :)
