v 4.1.2 doesn't reliably fill in log in information

Using OSX 10.9.1, Safari 7.0.1, 1Password 4.1.2, I can no longer autofill passwords that I could with prior versions. Can't even autofill login here! I've tried reinstalling the browser extensions but to no avail.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Thanks for the reply.

    Nope. Extension is 4.0.1, nothing else applies. BTW, this is on a late 2013 iMac (Haswell) if that makes a difference.

    Problem apparently solved by reboot. (I am so Mac-ified that I never think of the old Windows reboot fix .)

    As crazy as it is that in 2014 "turn it off and then back on again" is an answer, sometimes it works, and is generally a good first troubleshooting step.
