Is this bug reproducible?
Yes.

Which devices did this bug appear on and is it reproducible on any devices?
1. iPad 2 (iOS 7.0.6)
2. 1Password 4.5b37

A quick summary of the bug:
App crashes any time I attempt to delete a duplicate website entry from a saved login. It appears to primarily occur when the duplicate entry is identical to the first website.

Detailed Step-by-step instruction on how to reproduce it:
1. Select categories icon from left menu
select categories
2. Select login account from list
3. Press edit button in top right corner
select account
4. Toggle deletion icon
toggle deletion
5. Press delete button
6. Crash boom bang!
press delete

    Thank you for the wonderfully detailed report, @gBit‌! I just tested this on an iPad but was unable to reproduce the problem using b38. If you haven't already updated to the latest beta, can you please do so and let me know what you discover? Thanks very much.
