disaster recovery

I've been locking down everything lately, and I'm relying fairly heavily on 1password for this. I use windows, iOS, and OSX so I've had to rely on dropbox syncing, but this is suboptimal because my dropbox account has a complex password (I'd need 1password to access it. It's like taking two safes and putting each one's key into the other.

I could write down my dropbox password within my secured phone perhaps. Or use a less secure password for dropbox, one that I could remember.

What have other folks done? I'm nervous because many of my accounts are tied into 1password. Where appropriate, I have back-up access codes for the strict 2-factor authentication accounts that are not in dropbox, but if I ever lost 1password I'd be in real trouble.
