Missing right details sidebar
I've been switching between the beta and shipping (4.1.3) versions of 1Password so perhaps this has caused my problem. When I click on an item in the login list it does not show any details in the right sidebar. Yet it still fills in the details (for example I used 1Password extension to log into this forum.) What is wrong and more importantly how do I fix it?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password here. You're right, switching back and forth between the beta and release versions can create problems. In order to sort this out, I'd like to take a closer look at your system. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
