Can't update to 4.2

I keep getting notifications about updating from 4.1.3 to 4.2. When I go ahead and get the update, I get a dialogue box that asks me to enter both my Apple password and my administrator password, but it won't accept either one. Is there another way of getting the update?

    Hi @JonJ,

    I'm not sure why you would be seeing this issue. I also can't think of any reason you would be asked for your Apple password.

    Can you please walk me through the steps you are taking to get to the point where you are being prompted for the password? Also, a screenshot of the windows asking for your password would be helpful.
